  • An individual who has continuously resided in Poland for 10 years, has an income, and holds permanent or EU resident status
  • A Polish passport is issued to a child born in Poland (if one of the parents is a Polish citizen);
  • Submission of a certificate of proficiency in the Polish language.

Dual Citizenship in Poland
